Chris was honest and truly a pleasure. I had a tree fall on my drain field and my house was backing up with water. Which caused me to have to drain my tank so it could be inspected. Chris was only supposed to provide an estimate for drain field but did so much more. He understood my issue of not being able to flush toilets take showers or run sinks without it backing up. He was determined to get me up and running and dug up tank only to find that the drain line to tank was bent and keeping water from entering tank. The smile on my face after he opened that pipe I can’t even explain. Thank you for sending him. He truly cares for his customers and is great at doing his job. More people need to be like him. Thank you Chris finally I can put my shop vac to rest and back in the garage where it belongs.
